Hello, I have an item for sale and a potential buyer from Australia wants to bid on it but it isn't showing shipping to his country. I set my listing as no exclusions but when I look at the listing they are still there. When I go to the settings again everything is checked off. It seems to reset by itself to exclusions. I looked at some of my other listings and it's the same. Some sort of glitch? Thanks

Try and change it from Site Preferences, not the listing. It's on the seller hub overview page in the shortcuts section with all the blue links. The shipping option link is on the left on the preferences page.

Yes, the shipping can be revised. But even so, I initially listed with no exclusions and it listed wrong. I even "tested" some of my BIN and it's doing the same thing. 🤔

Long shot but is it the Tobacco Spit Glazed Pitcher? Not a single country in the world allows anything tobacco related to be imported. Changing the title and removing the tobacco reference might work.
