OK, For several years whenever I had a new listing setting up the shipping options was simple. Enter weight and dimensions and then select the shipping options for the buyer. For example if it was a small item that weighed 8 oz I would just click the add a shipping option tab and select Ground Advantage. Then I would select the Priority Mail padded flat rate envelope as a 2nd option for the buyer. Now all of the sudden it's asking me to create shipping polices. Yesterday, I was looking at the international shipping options and I wonder if I accidently erased whatever was previously set up. It was so easy! Seconds after I put in the weight dimensions and shipping option it would put up the price. Can anybody please tell me what the heck I may have done??? P.S. I can only add one shipping option where before I could add up to three.
