A buyer purchased 32 tiles from me and they are currently in transit. I just came into my work room and noticed 6 tiles were left out of the shipment. The buyer mentioned he is moving at the end of this month in one of his prior messages, so I'm unable to use the address on file. I apologized for the error and asked if he could update his shipping info on file so I can ship the rest of his purchase, ASAP. Will I see the updated address, or only the old address from the first shipping label? I believe it's a terms violation to share contact info in messages, correct?
