Sent a package to GSP with the wrong Reference

Hello guys,

i've sent the package to GSP center and according to the tracking it shows that is delivered on 20 March with the wrong reference although this reference is for the same buyer and destination because the buyer bought from me before throught the GSP and the item was delivered so we made a mistake by using the same reference 

How can i change the reference to the correct one please !

I think your best course of action would be to contact Pitney Bowes and ask ... there is a contact email address on this page:
