Ok, I’m a moron and hugely embarrassed but I’ve paid (unfortunately) for a return label for a buyer to return merchandise to me but I can not figure out how to send them the label. I’ve googled how and when I go to “view the return details” I do not see anywhere to click for sending a label. Help?

The easiest way is for the buyer to file a Returns Request:
My ebay > Purchase history > More actions > Return this item
Depending on the reason, determines who pays return shipping. For an item not as described the seller pays return shipping. A prepaid shipping label is provided. Print out the label, affix it to the package, take it to the post office. Have the clerk SCAN the label. When the package shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 business days to refund you. If no refund, you click the link to Ask ebay to step in to force the refund.
Since you want to send the buyer a return label outside of ebay's Returns Request, you would have to save that label as a PDF and then send it as an attachment to an email.
