Send two packages global shipping program

I just shipped something with the global shipping program but when I was packing it accidentally dropped one of the parts! It’s kind of important for the item so I contacted the buyer and asked if they want a partial refund or for me to ship the dropped part. However, they haven’t responded. If I were to send another package who would be paying the international shipping charges? It says another label is only $3 but I don’t think that’s right.

I would hold off shipping until you hear back from the buyer. 

Most likely no response yet due time differences.

You. It will cost a lot more than $3. You'd have to ship it directly to the buyer and not through the Kentucky processing center.
