Selling fees

I just want to get the fees charged to me for an item I was forced to return. This even though it was Stated  no Refunds. I can’t get a person to talk to me and I’m not paying these fees. Account is on hold.  Im about done with the wasting time and trying to keep up with eBay and all the changes. Would Cj love to speak to someone but that seems impossible.

@usranger21

If the buyer filed an INAD and Ebay had to get involved, they don't refund their fee's.

Have a great day.

Selling fees

I feel your pain on this.  I currently sold an item, large clear pictures, goo description, etc.  Well, the buyer opens an item not as described case against me stating:  The item is not as described because the pictures provided made him BELIEVE it was larger than shown!  Yep, that is what he said.  This even though the written description stated it was 6 1/2" in length.  He also went on to claim that he felt he paid too much for it , that he was expecting a fork of at least 9" in length.  Gets even better.  Thus I deceived him in my pictures and description!  Then claims the fork is only 6" in length, not the 6 1/2" I measured it at BUT refused to provide me with a picture showing it was only 6".  Demands full and complete refund including all shipping costs.

I do not accept returns because I do not sell on approval.

I am a small seller but I always give good description and pictures.   I called eBay because it was easy to see this was total buyers remorse and a shake down for a cheaper price.

I did manage to "chat" with ebay rep who advised me to accept the return or I would get a mark against me if they had to step in.  This I can't understand at all.  They said to accept the return and then to go to ebay for restitution if ebay feels it is deserved.

My concern is that I am not going to get the same item I sold back.  Why?  Because this buyer says he is a collector of the pattern and claims I sold him a seafood fork, which is totally different.

I mean it is so obvious that this guy is abusing the BP yet nothing gets done in the sellers favor.  They, will, however, check him out but the seller he took advantage of will never know if they even bothered to.  In other words, they will do NOTHING.

So I am now paying return shipping and don't know what I am going to get back.

Not Happy with Ebay at all.

Just want to add what this buyer actually said in his complaint....just one line from it:  "Your image is set to fill the entire photo with this piece, misleading potential buyers as to it’s size."  Thus I deceived him even when the exact length was clearly stated in the description.  Then he claims it is a seafood fork, which it is not and finally ends with he feels he paid too much for it.
