I ordered a graphics card, however something was wrong with it, so I filed a claim on eBay. The seller agreed to a refund, but when I messaged him (twice) about a shipping label, he didn’t respond. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m not sure what to do at this point, I was refunded already and just have it sitting in my closet.
