Seller shipping (if he charges multiple, can I request him to not combine shipping?)

I bought multiple items from a seller and there is an attached shipping cost. He wants to ship items together, I want him to ship them separately as they can potentially be damaged if they are shipped together.  If I request to the seller that I want him to ship said items separately (hes charging me for shipping which I am fine with paying) and if he doesn't ship them to me separately, can I request a partial refund if my items come in one package and/or if if they arrive in the same package partially damaged?

You can request a refund if they arrive damaged. But not if they are shipping in 1 box and arrive safely.

It would be a really good thing to get that all straightened out with the seller BEFORE you buy. As a seller, wouldn't you agree?

Yes, but the seller does not have to honor that request.

Be sure to get this issue clarified before ordering.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

The solution is simple: pay separately, ship to different addresses. ~~C~~
