Seller sent wrong item but I can’t return it

So I recently bought something, when it got here it turns out it was some watch not even close to what I ordered so I contacted the seller they said they were sorry for the inconvenience but we can give you a discount for both if you also want to keep the watch like why would I want that when I already paid for what I wanted anyways I said no I would like a refund she said I would have to return the wrong item they sent in the first place the problem is I can’t ship it back since I don’t have transportation why should I have to go out my way to send it back when it was their mistake can I still get my money back if I open my case on PayPal or what should I do

i didn't say i wanted to keep the watch to be malicious or use it cause that's how you're making it sound besides it was a cheap watch of 10$ basically the same amount of what i actually ordered besides i asked at the end what should i do that's all but go off i guess

If you want a refund, you need to return the item to the seller.

Have someone drive you to the Post office or print the return label at home and schedule a pickup, it's not that difficult. ☺

You were told what to do. You responded with reasons why you can't do it. That's not eBay's problem, or the seller's. It's a very low bar. Find a way to send it back, or give up the refund.

Not sure how you would ever expect to return anything without a printer ? I'm sure you were aware if you request a return from a seller you have to print off a label, Pick up is easy to arrange with USPS, the seller made a mistake sending the wrong item, but you have to return the item for a refund same as you would any store.
