A seller had sold me a item for $21.33 I had paid for this item along with 4 other items on August 5th, By today it was suppose to be DELIVERED to my house It had ended up across the country at a parcel locker at Las Vegas, I had to double check for my other 4 items and 3 of them had perfectly showed up at my house and the last one was one day off short, and I had to double check my address and everything and made sure that my address was correct, But some how my package from this one seller had 15 last negative reviews of 1 month ago that he had sent it to the wrong address, I do not know if this is a scam or not but what can I do to get my package?? I have proof and pictures.

Usually that indicates that the seller has uploaded the wrong tracking number to your sale, so basically you're watching the delivery progress of someone else's package, not your own. Meanwhile there may be another baffled buyer out there somewhere, watching what he thinks is his package heading for your house.
Yours may arrive tomorrow. Even if they were shipped on the same day, they may get a little separated from each other along the way.
Do a free signup for Informed Delivery on usps.com, and you can get updates on incoming packages to your address, even when you don't know their tracking number.
