My order is due to be shipped in a few days (the end of the range so I am worried it will never get delivered) but the tracking code doesn't seem to valid, I tried reaching out to the seller but I doubt he will ever respond unfortunately, is there any chance for me to do something about it?
I cannot tell whether it's a scam or not, it is technically my first order ever on eBay and it went wrong.
I don't trust the seller, I think all the reviews are fake, thousands of fake reviews.
If the actual seller never delivers my product, is there a way to report it?
Not a good experience. Can anyone help?

Thank you for taking ownership.
I attempted to answer questions in your OP and then predict what may have happened or was likely to happen and cover these hoping to reduce your anxiety.
Sadly there are lots of unscrupulous buyers and sellers around and best advice I can give to anyone is to give their business to an established seller with good feedback and also view Detailed seller ratings as these are a very good guide and seller can not manipulate these to any great length as these 2 metrics are driven by actual sales.
eBay is a very safe place for buyers and I would recommend that you read eBay's "money back guarantee".
Their aim is to make sure that buyer gets the item they ordered or their money back.
Enjoy your safe shopping on eBay.

I meant delivered at the beginning
I ordered it last month on Jul 6, the estimated delivery is Jul 22 - Aug 15
It will soon be over 1 month since I ordered the product

The seller replied and said it is being shipped through FedEx Cross Border, is this normal?
They are sorry for the delay (which seems to be due to covid) and will issue a refund if they aren't able to meet the shipment date

IMHO You have no justifiable cause to worry as you know/ recognise that your order is not due to be delivered till August 15 (12 days away).
I am confused by your OP that you do not trust the seller.
If you did not trust the seller then you should not have bought from this seller. In any case you have not stated why you do not trust the seller and you thinking his feedback is Fake is of concern.
Your unwarranted concern and questions may cause panic to sellers as they may think that your concern/ complain is baseless and is a precurse to claims.
You do not state location of your seller and I suspect seller is Overseas in USA.
There is some crucial information missing in your OP.
Was your shipment through eBay's Global shipping programme?
I suspect you received a shipment confirmation message and a tracking number.
Have you tracked item on carrier's track& trace website?
GLS is a European based delivery company and your post stating" Seller sent Invalid GLS code" can not be correct as this tracking code is generated by GLS (NOT SELLER) who are partners/ providers of service to the postal service provider of country of dispatch and GLS do not act for your seller.
You can track item on GLS website only after your item is custom cleared in Italy and is made available for delivery to you.
Did you pay VAT and possible Import charges to eBay when you purchased your item?
If not then you may receive a demand from Italian customs of these charges ( This can also cause delay in Italian customs) or have you received this demand and in all cases you need to pay these charges before item can be delivered to you.
I note that you are new or at least ID shown on this thread was just a few days before your purchase.
I can not see any valid reason for you accusing your seller of " Fake, Invalid, No trust, Scam"
Online buying and selling has unique challenges and require patience and understanding of how various systems work as currently Italian customs are known to have delays of more than one month and I would expect you to know and consider this before you buy from overseas sellers.

Thanks for the response, quite unexpected lengthy response, I really appreciate it, as I mentioned it was my first order on eBay so be understanding.
I will start by answering your doubts
-IMHO You have no justifiable cause to worry as you know/ recognise that your order is not due to be delivered till August 15 (12 days away).
TBH I thought that it was due to be delivered by August 15th so before that date or in that exact day, so you see the misconception here, I will take that into account next time I order on eBay.
-You do not state location of your seller and I suspect seller is Overseas in USA
Yes, I confirm that the location of the seller is in the USA and the product should be delivered in Italy (Europe)
-There is some crucial information missing in your OP.
I thought it was sensible information not to be shared pubblicly.
- Was your shipment through eBay's Global shipping programme?
I think it wasn't but I am not sure how to verify this, I think the seller is shipping the product instead of letting ebay handle it.
- I suspect you received a shipment confirmation message and a tracking number.
Yes, I did receive them, my tracking number is #611766526
This is FedEx Cross Border tracking number TRE0470US49613686001 which was given to me by the buyer after reaching out to him.
-Have you tracked item on carrier's track& trace website?
I did but found no results unfortunately.
-GLS is a European based delivery company and your post stating" Seller sent Invalid GLS code" can not be correct as this tracking code is generated by GLS (NOT SELLER) who are partners/ providers of service to the postal service provider of country of dispatch and GLS do not act for your seller.
My apologies, I wasn't aware of that unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier I am not an expert so thanks for the enlightenment, that alone makes me feel ashamed for addressing the problem but it's very frustrating when the status of the shipment isn't not getting updated so I had address the issue to someone as GLS didn't want to get held accountable for the issue when I contacted them.
-You can track item on GLS website only after your item is custom cleared in Italy and is made available for delivery to you.
I wish I knew this earlier
-Did you pay VAT and possible Import charges to eBay when you purchased your item?
Yes, I did pay for the VAT
-I note that you are new or at least ID shown on this thread was just a few days before your purchase.
Yes, as I said it was my first order on eBay, it was on July 6th, I am very new to this so I would thank you all for the enlightments.
-I can not see any valid reason for you accusing your seller of " Fake, Invalid, No trust, Scam"
Yes, you're right but I wasn't aware of all the things you mentioned above so it made me feel like I was being scammed and forced into cancelling my order, I am also at fault for picking a cheap shipping option
It's experiences like this that makes us grow as buyers.
Thanks once again
