Seller says one thing, shipping company says another

Hey guys,

So I bought something from a seller in China and the shipping method was SpeedPak.

Never had a problem before with this. So I check the tracking daily and nothing has change since the 29th of April, so I contact the shipping company and they say they don't have it and recommend I contact the seller so I do.

The seller says that it was sent to the shipping company on the 29th of April.

Tracking says shipment data received and has done since the 29th of April.

Has anyone ever experienced this? If so what would be the best course of action?

Happens frequently with shipments from China ... they are never shipped, or they get lost.  If the expected delivery date (shown to you by eBay) is past, then you can file an Item Not Received claim through this link:
