Greetings,
A couple weeks ago I initiated a return, but it is impossible to print a shipping label because the return address is literally listed as "Do Not Ship to This Address, Contact Us" instead of an actual street address.
So I have contacted the seller three times over the last couple of weeks to obtain a valid return shipping address, but they refuse to answer me.
So I now wish to have ebay step in per the documented procedures, but there is no "Ask ebay to step in" link or button available at all on the order itself or under the return details like there is supposed to be. Heeelp!

If I were you I would contact eBay via chat, social media (Facebook or Twitter) or phone.

I think asking eBay to step in is the only thing you can do. That's really odd.

Did you start the return request within 30 days of actual delivery? Otherwise, you can still start a return request, but you can't to ask eBay to step outside with you.

What type of return request did you file? If a Not As Described return the seller is required to pay return shipping and should send you a label. I would recommend asking eBay to step in if they have not.

Yes it was within a couple days of delivery.

No it was a "changed my mind/just didn't like it" or whatever it's called. So I don't mind paying for a return label.
There is simply no "ask ebay to step in" option available.

Yes I escalated the matter with the ebay chat bot. Hopefully this works correctly. Thanks.

In that case what is the seller's return policy?

Call eBay.... I suspect that they will just refund you the money. My guess as to why the seller has it like that, is they don't actually sell anything, they list things to be drop shipped... I know I had to prove I owned stock, and show receipts, to get my selling limit increased way back when.
