As the subject said. The seller sent the wrong item which after it happened I saw that the same thing happened more than once by that seller recently. Anyway the seller asked me to send it back if I could even though they already refunded. I have no problem with that if I was able to use the pre-paid return label. Since they didn't allow me to they refunded within minutes of the app letting me know the seller accepted the return request. What do I do? Pay for return shipping I want to remain honest?

I forgot to mention i could maybe use one of my free return shipping labels via PayPal although I rather not since it's so early in the year. I'm not even sure if PP will allow me to do so since the seller already refunded me. This happend over a week or 2 ago and its been on my conscience since. All suggestions are helpful

I would politely ask the seller to email you a PDF of a prepaid return shipping label. My guess is the seller doesn't feel the item has enough value for them to pay for return shipping which is why they refunded before you used the prepaid label provided. If you had used that, the seller would have been charged. So, if they do not want to pay for return shipping, as they should, then don't worry about returning it on your own dime since it was their mistake.

No, that's just it I never got to use the return shipping label that was available. When I messaged the seller they gave me a different address to return it back to on my own dime. I contacted Ebay since and they said its completely up to me if I still want to return the item I could do so. Ebay said PayPal would refund the return postage as well but technically its already been paid for since the seller did send the wrong item.
