Seller provided bad illegible return label

I need to return an item. The seller provided a label that I need to download. That label is cut off on the left side. The bar code is incomplete.

 

Time is ticking. I have requested a complete label...no response and I have until the 13th to send it back (it is the 8th now and includes a weekend).

 

What to do?  I can't find any way to contact ebay about getting a bogus return label.

The label isn't bogus. You need to adjust your printer or something.

When you open the file, is the label still cut off? If no, then yes it’s a printer setting you need to fix.

It is absolutely not a printer problem. I have already tried every adjustment possible to get the entire label to print.

2 Different computers show me the downloaded PDF is chopped off on the left side. No printer in the world is going to print what is not there.

 

p.s. That would be 2 different browsers.

Explain to the seller whats wrong with the label and ask them to resend it

So far, Duchess, your advise has been the best. I called ebay. Here's what they said:

 

1) He checked the label. It is indeed messed up! (it is not me, my printer, or my browser)

2) He has extended the deadline 5 more days to return the item.

3) Ebay will contact the seller with a request to send me a valid label.

4) If the seller does not send a valid label, ebay will close the case in my favor and refund my money without me sending the item back.

 

I believe this will resolve the problem.

Dear Good-greif,

 

I have contacted the seller. For several days. No response. I mentioned this above. That is the crux of the problem. No response from the seller.
