I bought a Pokemon go Plus for $24 on August 31st 2018

The seller only sends me automated messages that's it I never get anything that's actually tight everything is automated!

Well I tracked the tracking number they gave me and what they did was this...

On September 3rd 2018 they printed out the shipping label... But they have not actually shipped the item!

I know for a fact that this item has not been shipped because the shipping address is only 26 miles from my house...

The item should have been here already if they actually shipped it!

So what should I do?

The item remains as "printed label USPS awaiting item"

Honestly I could drive and pick the item up in a half an hour... But like I said the seller only sends me automated messages!

I don't know what to do and I'm starting to worry that this is a big scam! Can anyone recommend anything I should do?

What is the estimated date of delivery? One day after that you can file an item not received (INR) dispute. The seller will have to provide a tracking number with a delivered status. If they can't, you get your money back.

If the item does happen to show up later you can always repay the seller if you want to keep it, or refuse the package unopened if you don't.

This is one of my per peeves on Ebay sellers. When I sell an item I ship it the next day or worst case the day after. I don't print shipping labels until I am actually shipping the item because I feel it is very misleading to my buyer. I have had items where the label was printed 4 days before being actually shipped. Very frustrating!
