I bought a set of tires and realized we ordered the wrong size. Attempted to cancel the order before shipment and messaged the seller but they shipped anyway. They offer a 30 day return policy but aren’t responding to allow me to ship back. I got guidance from eBay to dispute the transaction (before shipment) and apparently that was a bad idea because now eBay has washed their hands of it. The PayPal dispute didn’t work either because, of course, I HAVE the product. Last Ditch effort was to complain to eBay that they’re not following seller rules, but I don’t expect that to go anywhere. Help!! Out $810 with tires I don’t want when they should have just let me ship them back.

Have you opened a 'return'? (in your 'purchases' there will be a blue box that says 'return this item'). Because you ordered wrong, you would have to pay shipping to return, but seller has to respond to an official 'return' request).

What specifically did eBay tell you to do?
