Seller no longer exists, item returned, no refund given

I am really struggling to get my refund for an item I purchased in February. There are no links to assist me so hence this discussion. I returned an item the correct way, the seller accepted the return. I sent registered post and the item was signed for (over a month ago). I have received no response from the seller, and now they are no longer exist on Ebay also the item has been removed. What do I do, please help! Thanks, Jon

If it is less than 30 days since you sent the item back,escalate the case by asking eBay to step in - there should be a link on the case page.

If it is more than 30 days, open a case with Paypal, give them the tracking number of your return.
