Seller is not responding

Hey,i orderd RAM for my computers,i'm waiting already 3 months,seller told me that he could return my money back ,i told him to return my monec because i haven't got my item,i'm writing him every day! but he's not responding from 17 july to today! Please help me to solve this prblem,

Go into the resolutions center and it should tell you how long the seller has to respond. After that date you can open a claim.

At 3 months, I don't believe that you can file a claim any longer with eBay ... I can't imagine that the delivery date is not well past.

However, you have 6 months to file a claim with PayPal.  Go over there and file an item not received claim on this seller.

You only have 30 days from ebays latest delivery estimate to file an item not received case in the resolution center. If you missed the deadline, and you paid with PayPal, then you have 180 days from the date of payment to file there. Escalate it as soon as you can. Stop agreeing to wait. The seller has strung you along intentionally. If you didn’t use PayPal then hopefully you used a credit card because a chargeback is your last option.
