Hi all, I've purchased a really expensive brand new vintage music box from a Korean seller. When I received it, the lights isn't working at all, scratches and peeling everywhere. I'm really sad about the condition as i paid $400 for it. I requested for a refund and even offer to pay for the postage fee. The seller didn't reply at all. What should i do? I'm from Singapore. Thanks

About all you can do is file a SNAD dispute is the way I see it.

You are in Singapore. The seller is in S. Korea. This is the US ebay site.
The seller's ebay site is where the rules are that the transaction follows. Ask this either in your own ebay site or the seller's site.

If an eBay seller in China sells to a buyer in Lithuania --
where should the SNAD be opened?

I'm in Thailand, we list on the US site. OP just needs to file an SNAD. Regular rules apply, if you're past 30 days threshold, file through PayPal. DO NOT SEND anything to Korea unless it's EMS. Lower delivery services will not provide delivery confirmation, guaranteeing that the seller never ' received " it.

By-the-way, your music box looks just like a 1980's Pretty Cure Max Accessory box. Instead of flipping out $400 next time, just visit a Japanese Flea market, you could get one for $10
