Hi, I am new to Ebay and was curious what others think of the situation
I recently purchased an item from a seller on the 21st and paid same day. I sent him a message in the morning on 24th asking when the item might be shipped but I have not heard back from him. It is supposed to arrive today (11/27/20) to Monday (11/30/20) but my best guess is it will not. I would be okay with it if he had responded to me at least... He is not a big seller(only 10 reviews from 1yr+). Yesterday, I noticed he had negative feedback on the same type of item(or the same) where he had cancelled and put the item back up for sale after someone won it, trying to get a higher price. Now, purchasing the same type of item makes me worried he is going to do the same thing again, but to me.
With this being said-do you think there is still a good chance he is going to send it or do you think he's going to do the same thing? Is this a common occurrence? I'd be bummed, but at least I can start shopping around again for the same item while trying to get a refund.
