Seller hasn’t shipped my item and it’s been 4 days.

I bought a guitar for one of the cheapest prices I could find. I bought it July 9th and it still hasn’t shipped. I want to cancel my order but it’s too late and the seller won’t ship my item. What do I do? Do I wait some more or do I find a way to cancel it?

How do you know the seller hasn’t shipped? Only the seller can cancel the order. Just wait for the guitar to arrive; sellers should communicate that’s a given, but they aren’t required to mark items shipped or upload tracking.  eBay gave you the delivery estimate, that date is the only one that matters here. If that date passes and you don’t have tracking or the guitar, file an item not received case in the resolution center.

I have one seller I consistently buy from, and his estimated delivery dates are about three weeks out. He doesn't ship and doesn't ship and doesn't ship, and then, just in the last several remaining days, he ships, and the item arrives on time.

As @missjen831 said, it's the delivery date that matters.

You wait until AFTER the estimated delivery date has passed and if it still has not arrived then you file an INR.
