Seller has returned item to sender twice.

I purchased an item about 10 days ago and the seller shipped it out immediately. It got about 60 miles from my residence and the seller put in a request to return the item through ups. I didn't think much of it, maybe he sent wrong item etc. So he then reships when the return got back to him and this time he requested a return again about 100 miles from my residence. So now I'm confused. I've sent messages with no reponse at all. He's still actively posting new auctions so I know he's been on his account. Tomorrow is the shipping received deadline, which I will then open an Item not received claim. I'm just confused about what angle he's trying here.

This is most definitely a new and confusing situation !! So you are tracking the shipments !! Very good as I believe more people should track their purchases !! I track all of my sales from beginning to delivery !! The no communication would concern me and I would not hesitate to open a money return case !! So if you don't hear from the seller open the case and get your money back !! It's Guaranteed !! Good Luck

Nope, address fine on paypal and ebay. I've never had a problem before. He then did a full refund today without me asking. Still never responded to messages. I did notice the product I purchased for buy it now, is now selling for almost twice the price at auction for him. So I'm assuming he was requesting returns to resell it at auction for more. What a waste of my time.
