Seller has no response. Has not shipped

Hello. Purchased an item off eBay with a low asking price. Bought it. And have tried to contact the seller several times, but with no luck. The item still has not shipped and seller doesn't want to respond. What should I do. It's only been two days. But he said it will usaully ship within 3 days. He also sold two other items that same day

So how do you know he hasn't shipped?? Don't assume. You know his handling time and you know the estimated delivery date so just be patient and wait. Sellers are not required to send shipping confirmations or tracking info.

sorry to leave a harsh answer but if you did it off ebay then you don't belong posting here.  Either contact your form of payment for help or call the police.

I'm pretty sure the OP means bought on Ebay.

Many people that come to the boards use the term "off ebay."

or

Hi. It's been 6 days. Called the phone, provided by ebay. And it's a different person. Not the seller. The paypal account and eBay account have two different names.

If he has a three day handling time (in which he even told you his handling time), why are you worried that it hasn't shipped in 2days.

I am guessing it's because it's the weekend and these are not business days. All handling times are BUSINESS days. He has until Tuesday to upload shipping info. Stop bugging him. He is probably enjoying the weekend with other humans, because sellers are people, too.

If you don't RECEIVE your item by the EDD, you can open an INR case the day after.

Now it just sounds like you can't keep track of your own purchases. Was it six days or two? Was it this seller or that seller? Did you take this transaction outside of eBay? If so, you will not receive anything and eBay won't protect you.

Actually, it's been 1 day since the seller should have shipped. You do NOT count weekends or holidays. Apparently, you bought it on August 1 and the seller had a 3 business day handling time. 

As someone else posted, just be patient. If you don't receive the item after the last estimated delivery date, open a case.
