I placed an order for car parts over a week ago on Aug 3rd. My order shipped out on the following day Aug 4th. About 3 days later I get a notification from eBay that my order has been delivered, which I thought was odd because I was home and nothing arrived. I checked the delivery confirmation and it was delivered to the wrong state. I contacted the seller and they admitted that they provided me with the wrong tracking# for my order and that they would provide me with the correct shipping info shortly. We're now 4 business days later and they're still telling me they haven't gotten hold of the tracking information from the courier they used, to pass onto me so I can verify that my stuff has in fact been shipped, and I can see its on the way to the correct location.
What are my options at this point?
