Seller extorting positive feedback but item not recieved

I ordered 2 iPad screens from an120791 ( 3749Order number: 03-05266-06528.  The shipping information I provided was not followed I requested it to be sent to my friends address since he was going to repair my iPads.  Instead of following the shipping address with his name on it they put my name on the package.  His landlord did not know me so they returned the item to the post office and they returned to sender.  All this information is on the usps tracking page but eBay shows it as delivered.  I never got my item and was cooperating with the seller waiting for item to be received by them so they would issue my refund.  Needless to say they ran out the 30 day money back guarantee.  They then changed their attitude to Leave Positive feedback and we then refund your money.  I did not agree to do that and once I found out that eBay refused to help in this matter I left Negative feedback and they still have not refunded my money and I still have no items I ordered.  In reading their negative feedback from other customers this is a pattern this seller uses  to get positive feedback and not refund money.  Last email they  sent me they said "Did you leave negative feedback?"   Says top rated seller and they are actually scammers and crooks.  do I have any recourse to get my money back?  Pay pal not helping either.  I wrote seller stating I would not go away and to refund my money.  why doesn't bay look into this seller if they have so many of the same issues with other buyers.  Just think of how many people they have ripped off by extorting positive feedback and not refunding those peoples money.

You ca go here to report the seller for feedback extortion, but that's not going to get your money back.

Have you tried to appeal the eBay case? You can go here to see if you have a chance.

I've heard that if you can prove that it was returned to sender, but not "Refused" by the buyer, you might win.

 

Bottom line is, that this would have all been avoided if you had just let the seller ship to the name and address on your eBay account. That's what they are told to do by eBay so that they are protected.

I was just checking into feedback I left for them and it's not there.  Interesting it is if I never sent feedback for them Why is that eBay?  I left Negative feedback to warn other buyers, they even emailed me back making mention of negative feedback.  THI|S IS FISHY AS HELL!!!!  What is the point of having feedback if you can not warn other buyers to beware.  Ebay DID YOU TAKE DOWN MY FEEDBACK?  If so you suck.
