Seller doesn't ship an item and doesn't answer to my messages

Hi, i have ordered an item (New Fashion Women Warm Slim Thick Parka Overcoat Long Winter Outwear Coat Jacket, item number 263226244381) from luigi1927it on 27th of September. The seller already took the money although he didnt ship the item yet.

I have send him 4 messages to tell me if there is any problem (is the item still available) and to ask him when the item is going to be shipped but he never send me back. That's really bad. I am very dissapointed with this behaviour. Please tell me what can i do now? I don't want to lose my money.

If you have not received the item by the laste estimated deliverey  date for this purchase, go to the Resolution Center and open an Item Not Received case.  eBay will see that you are fully refunded.

So how do you know the seller hasn't shipped if he hasn't responded? He's not required to mark items shipped and upload tracking. Today is only the 4th business days, no need to send a barrage of messages to the sellwrs Save yourself the headache and stop sending multiple messages inquiring about the status so soon as after purchase , and instead just wait for the item to arrive--eBay gave you a delivery estimate and that is all that matters here.
