I need help because I've never had bad experiences in such platforms.
I've made a purchase a week ago (14/04/2022) and I payed instantly for the item, along with the shipping costs and VAT. Within 30mins, the seller marked the item as "Shipped". When I asked for tracking number, the seller responded than he couldn't send the item with Royal Mail, due to weight and offered me to send it via UPS with additional cost of 5.40£. He asked my email to send me the new shipping balance with PayPal. I agreed, but he never send me any payment request. I've send a reminder message, and another message today (after a week), but still no answer. I don't know what else I can do.
Any suggestion?
