Hello. how can I print my label for shipping a package sold without a PayPal account

Choose to use pending payouts instead. On the shipping label screen before you hit the purchase button:

As @wastingtime101 has pointed out, just choose the 'Pay with pending payouts' option. It should become your new default, but can be changed later if you choose to. Good luck.
