I need to return item and receive my funds. Also need to have some live person to talk about the poor service I am now receiving. Fter years as a customer.

You don’t need to talk to a live person. If the seller accepts returns and it’s been less than 30 days since you received the item, just go to your purchase history and request a return, there’s a big blue return button. If the seller doesn’t respond, ask eBay to step in. You can rate their communication when you leave feedback. If the seller doesn’t accept return, and the item is NOT as described, you can still return for a full within 30 days. If it’s AS described and you changed your mind or something and the seller doesn’t accept returns....resell the item or give it away.
