Seller does not accept my return

The seller promised me a new iPhone but it turned out to be a repaired one. When I tried to return it the return label would not print.  when contacted, the seller informed me I missed the eBay deadline of 10 days. I was within their promised 30 day return guarantee. What should I do?

Did you open a return? Is that where you're having trouble with the label? You do have more than 10 days.

Try it, if you have an "Email me the return label" button. Otherwise, when the return label will not print @surkam_66 you will never get a button to ask eBay to sneak in.

Instead, contact eBay with a private message https://www.facebook.com/messages/t/ebay and ask to escalate the case. Be brief, and include your eBay ID, name, zip code, email address, and your case number.
