Seller can‘t ship to national/ international address

Hello 🙂 

I have the following problem: I want to buy something from a seller that is from the US, I am from Germany. Unfortunately it says that the seller won‘t ship to my address, even though I had contact with the seller and he says he is enrolled for international shipping. What is weird, is that then I tried shipping it to my PO boxes in California and New Jersey and these addresses won‘t work either and get the same notification, that the seller doesn‘t ship to this address. Has anyone ever had this problem and can help?

If the sellers listings state that UPS or Fedex are the carrier options, they do not ship to PO Boxes.

USPS will of course deliver to PO Boxes.

Im not sure what you are trying to buy but because of Germanys laws there are many items that cant ship there anymore.

EIS (eBay international shipping) blocks the shipments that dont qualify.

Not sure why you are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
