Did the seller send you a label? When you say "My Label" did you purchase another one?
You can go to the bottom of this page and ask for a call back from eBay CS. They may be able to help:

When a seller uploads their own return label for you, eBay requires the seller to enter the carrier and tracking number shown on that label, and eBay will block the buyer from changing that number, or adding a number from the buyer's own label.
But if a seller uploads a label but enters a fake tracking number, eBay will never see the return package as delivered, so the seller gets the item back but doesn't have to refund.
If that's what your seller did, the best way to avoid further tricks is to wait 2 full business days until after the actual tracking number shows delivered back to the seller, then contact eBay by callback, chat, or Facebook, and have eBay look at that uploaded label (once uploaded, the label cannot be deleted). The reason is by that day, the seller thinks they got away, but eBay can force a refund on the spot after 2 business days of delivery, without allowing a partial refund even if the seller is a top-rated seller with 30-day returns.
Otherwise, if that's not what your seller did, contact eBay and have eBay look at that uploaded label.
