Another way to communicate with Ebay, other than by calling, as I try to change the shipping address of an article, I communicate with the seller and he does not want to change the address

To be protected, your seller cannot ship to any other than the address shown in the payment details.

Ask if your seller can refund your payment. Then you can go through checkout again, and this time provide the desired address.

I wouldn't change the shipping address either. Ask the seller if you can cancel the transaction, they can relist it and then you purchase it again but this time having corrected the address. You CAN change the address as you check out, but not after payment.
