I purchased a pair of shoes on here. The seller sent something completely different. pictures show what I bought vs what I received

the seller is denying this though saying that the package he sent had the correct item. The box I received wasn’t even big enough to fit the shoes I bought..

I already initiated the return through eBay and sent back the package. Will I be covered? I’ve never dealt with anything white like this before.

first post through here so thanks for the help

Once the seller receives the package back (the tracking states delivered) they will have I think five? (or is it three?) days to refund you. If they don't refund you in the allowed amount of time you can ask Ebay to step in - a link will appear for you to click - and Ebay will force the refund and give the seller a non-performance defect.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.
