I recently purchased an item on ebay but it was never shipped to my home. The seller posted a tracking number to a completely different address, on a different street, without my name on the package. Neither my paypal, nor my ebay account had this bogus address on file. I never sent the seller any messages about this "other" address and USPS confirmed a scan for a package to that address. I have a picture sent to me by the USPS employee of the package with tracking number sent to this bogus address. It was not my address. I don't think this person sent anything in the first place!!! I want a refund! How can I be in the wrong if the seller sent something to the wrong place? I would like to send this evidence to the correct people but ebay makes it hard to give this information to someone. Anyone have advice? Shouldn't I be covered in this instance? I just want my money back. Its been over 2 months.

You only had 30 days at eBay (and they don't look at pictures), and you cannot upload images with a dispute at PayPal.
Submit the photo @grdvc55 showing another person's name/address on the label but your tracking number with a chargeback at your card issuer to get your refund. This will directly get your refund from the seller.

Thanks for your help. I did that immediately. It's a shame I should have to do this at all. I even posted a negative feedback for the seller but it was deleted lol. I think I'm done with Ebay for sure.
