Been scammed by this seller so asked for a refund and Ebay replied
The seller says they shipped the item with tracking
Conclusion, case closed no refund issued. All was Ok I tought, maybe it was lost, but then I went to check the seller reviews and saw that the seller as more than 1000 negative reviews last month, only 100 positive and changed its account to private so I cant report my case to prevent other users from buying from this seller. Is Ebay really like this? When I pay with PayPal it says its a safe buy and they refund my payment if my item dont arrive which was what happened, insted they take the side of a scammer with 47% negative reviews.
Have someone already been thru this? What can I do so it doesnt feel just like someone stole me 10pounds and there is nothing to do, even if the money is lost i should be able to write in the seller page he's a scammer just to feel better
thank you all for you time

1000 neg. reviews in a month should give you a good idea of how the sale is going to go. take advantage of all the tools you are given to protect yourself. was your package delivered and then stolen? Why you Buying from China? Showing trackingto prove that an item has been delivered is about the only seller protection Ebay has

If the seller changed his feedback to private there is no need to worry that he will scam anyone~~to be able to sell anything he can't have private feedback. If he wants to sell he has to change it so everyone can see his feedback again. If he has private feedback it makes no difference if you can leave feedback or not~~nobody will see it anyway.

If ebay closed the case with no refund the seller must have had tracking that proved it was delivered to you. What does the tracking show you? If the package got stolen or whatever after delivery it isn't the fault of the seller.

Three thoughts:
(1) With a seller that has a feedback rating that is that bad, you should not be surprised that you are having problems with a transaction. There's a reason why you are getting that "low" price ... you bought from a terrible seller.
(2) I am guessing that you didn't get your money back from eBay because you waited too long to file a claim.
(3) The good news is that you still probably have time to file a claim through PayPal to get your money back. PayPal gives you 6 months to file a claim.
