It’s been 3 days now since I’ve purchased thjs item. The processing still only days “Paid” so I contacted the seller twice in one day and I got no response. The seller’s reviews are all good and the feedback he has for his account is very good . Is this something I should worry about ? Am I getting scammed ?

You made this purchase 3 days ago. At the time of purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date in the listing. That EDD was satisfactory to you or you would not have made the purchase.
Go back and look at that date. There is no reason or need to suspect anything unless/until that date has passed by at least one day.
The seller is not required to ship immediately. The seller is not required to communicate with buyers.
Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee?
"You can look into it and let me know if you think it's sketchy." No one here is able to look into your purchase history unless/until you offer the item #.

If the seller is not buying a shipping label through eBay, they would have to manually update the shipping information.
Some sellers who don't track will leave feedback instead.
But it is poor customer service not to give out information promptly about shipping.

The seller you bought from may have an extended handling time. You can fin that out by going to your purchase history, opening the listing you bought from, look under the item price for, Ex;
Shipping: $4.95 USPS Ground Advantage -- Shipping: $6.95 Expedited -- Shipping: Free Standard
Just following or under those will be a See details button. Click on that, a pop up will open, you should see if the seller has posted a handling time in it. Ex. 3 days
You may also want to look at the estimated delivery time frame shown in your order details. You cannot take any actions until after the last date has passed by 1 day.
Do keep in mind that if you buy after business hours in a seller's time zone the handling time starts the next day. If you buy after 5pm on a Friday, a seller would have until the following Wednesday to ship, because Sat. Sun. National Holidays, are not considered business days by ebay. So a 3 day handling time starts on Monday or the day following a N.H.
