Safe to give my enail for a paypal refund?

I purchased 3 items and only recieved 2. For some reason eBay removed  the listing a few days later. The seller says he needs my paypal info to refund the money for the one item not sent. He says he can't get in on his account because of the removal. Is if safe to give him my email so he can go ahead with the refund?

Thanks

Marcia

Tell the seller to go in his paypal account and refund direct from that sale, they won't need your email address, they just locate that transaction on PP, and do a refund- they put in the amount and 'send'...This would have nothing to do with seller being able to sign on or use ebay for a partial refund.

Partials are done from Paypal.
