When you follow directions and the case is found in your favor, you are due a refund. Since this has not happened, then you should ask for assistance. @Anonymous, can you help this OP get a refund and also resolve the apparent issue of counterfeit merchandise being sold on eBay?

Thanks for the tag - typically if eBay provided labels are used as soon as the items scan as delivered we should get things taken care of. We do not allow the sale of counterfeit items on the site, and we work closely with rights owners and member reports to ensure that reports of in-authenticity are taken seriously and appropriately actioned.
This case sounds a bit unusual, happy to take a closer look, I'll reach out to @brittandr for more details shortly. Thanks!

tyler@ebay Thank for you looking into this for the OP. Something else that may need to be looked into--and unfortunately I no longer have my screenshot from when it happened to me--but the OP was told that she lost because she didn't upload tracking. Well when ebay issues the label, the tracking number is automatically uploaded for them BUT nothing in ebay's communications tells you that and if you try to upload it which you are told to do, you get an error message saying the tracking number already exists and that creates a lot of confusion, we've had many buyers come here in a tizzy because they think the seller sent them a used label to get out of refunding! So I think its worth looking into 🙂

Thanks for the info @missjen831! I'll see what I can do to get that passed on. 🙂
