Hi, I want to buy a wedding dress. Can it be shipped to South Africa? And where can I see reviews to make sure it's good quality?

If your account is based in South Africa and you access eBay from your country's eBay domain you will see what items ship to your country, meaning US Sellers who offer International shipping.  As to quality you will have to review each Seller's Feedback history as there is no guarantee and you will be purchasing something without the benefit of physically inspecting it.  If possible, you should consider something locally for your wedding, that will eliminate any mistakes.
