I'm not able to manage my "local pickup" shipping policy. When I create a listing the preview is fine. But, when I list it the "local pickup" shows up. During the shipping policy edit I did not create a second option for this. I have notified ebay several times, but to no avail. Even though they told my I have technicians tickets to look at the situation. But, I have not yet heard anything to remove the "local pickup" from my listings as I choose to manage with it or not.

Not sure I understand what you are saying. 

Are you trying to manage your Shipping Policies from the Manage Business Policy page or on the listing itself?

Is Local Pickup showing up even if you select a policy that does not include it?

Please reiterate the problem in more detail.
