Obviously every printer is different with different features.

But I can go into my printer's control panel and change many things. If, for example, you have a color printer then change the print from "color" to "greyscale" or ideally simply black. The labels are after all black with no color. Look to see if you can change the DPI (dots per inch). Look for any other settings you might be able to play with. Worked for me.

Yeah this is a printer issue for sure, not an eBay issue. I would either replace ink/toner, change color settings as suggested, or go to a FedEx Kinkos or UPS store or Library and print it off.

I don't see a response to above, but in some cases with thermal printers printing lightly it is a case of low power (like a power transformer cord is bad). in others you can go thru the windows key, devices and printers, to the thermal printer you are having problems with, and reset default darkness from there. if a desktop printer, it could be something simple like having the default set to draft or the little tic boxes set to save ink and/or draft print only. it's hard to say without more information, but I assume OP corrected it or would have answered.
