I purchased the shipping label, clicked to print the label. Printer went into error mode, saying it needed new cartidges. I put in new cartidges, but printer continued with message. Since I can't get printer straightened out, how can I get another label? I tried going back into the order to change to QVC so I could take to USPS to print. Can that be done or will I have to get another printer?

You can cancel the first label @spar7861 , then purchase a new one and select the QR code option before you buy it.

Once generated, a printable label cannot be converted to a QR code. In some situations eBay allows you to generate both QR code and printable label, but that's upfront, not after purchase.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.

If changing to QVC doesn't work, try changing to Home Shopping Network (HSN).

Spar, since reading of the following, I have squeezed several hundred extra prints out of a cart.

Remove the laser cartridge, then rapidly move it straight to the front from your body and then back; I give it 10 round trips. You are literally spreading out the toner. My best extension was 120+ prints.

wasting time is correct.  You will get your refund for the first label down the road but you will get it. Just cancel label and print a new one.
