SEND REFUND not working

The Send Refund function is not working. I need to send a buyer a refund for combined shipping on some items. I checked and this happens for every sold item I have on my Sold page. It gives this message:

Can not find the order.

Can not find any seller-issued refunds.

We ran into a problem. Please try again later.

Did you enter a reason for the refund?  I’ve read that if you don’t enter one an error message will come up.

I have exactly the same problem.  You don't actually get to the refund, just the white page with

"Can't find the order. Can't find any seller-issued refunds. We ran into a problem. Please try again later. 

for at least a couple of days.
