Yes, USPS is having problems, but you need to realize that neither the buyer, nor eBay have any control regarding USPS. As a seller, I try my best to package and ship within one day after purchase, once it is in USPS hand, I no longer have any control. I believe eBay has done its part in notifying buyers on estimated delivery dates. Also, the USPS has notifications on service disruptions. Finally, Priority Mail service is not guaranteed, it is an estimate. If you want guaranteed, use Express Mail.
TO FINISH, PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE THE SHIFT KEY.

Stop screaming

I had a package-I dropped off at USPS-clerk did not scan it in. But I had tracking Number-I requested a "find my package" when it hadn't arrived 10 days later. USPS said I never dropped it off-but mysteriously the package was delivered 5 weeks after I shipped and had already refunded buyer. uuhhhmmm???

I still have 22 packages from April that have yet to be delivered, not to mention May - spending half my time fighting INR's, defects, furious buyers. I've lost more money on refunds due to USPS delays in the past 3 weeks than I lost the entire COVID/Christmas season and haven't been granted a single appeal.
I agree with this post 100%. Don't even mind the all caps.

@bronzestarcoins7771 The pull down menu selection on the listing form now states 2-5 days for Priority Mail instead of the 1-3 days it used to say. USPS has raised their rates but reduced their service. One issue is fewer airlines are flying so space on planes is limited ... they rely on FedEx for some of their air freight (that's what they told me at the local Post Office.) I see UPS trucks, FedEx trucks, Amazon vans there on a regular basis ...

It depends on what you read and if you choose to believe it.
One USPS advertisement says Priority Mail delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Is Saturday a Business day? They are open for services and are out making deliveries so I would call it a Business Day.
When I actually go to purchase Priority Mail from 88310 to 10001 it says Priority 2 Day Mail. However when you look at the statement added below the payment it says June 1st.
So how many days is it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or who knows?
I am 85 miles from Mexico. I have sent priority letters with a stated time of 7 to 10 days. It takes over a month for delivery. When I asked about it, USPS says the time they advertise is only a estimate and there is no guarantee. I would expect delivery to be something within the 7 to 10 days they advertise and not 30 days.

But why are you screaming at us of all people?....

Here's a nice recent example of two purchases I made... I'm in central Ohio...
I bought a record album from upstate New York... it was shipped to me Media Mail. It got here 1 1/2 days after shipping.
I bought some decorative metal signs from a seller an hour and 20 minutes from me (in Ohio) who sent them Priority Mail. It took a week for me to get them.
USPS is still messed up.

I have had 2 out of 40+ Priority mail packages arrive on time. All other 3-20 days late. Both were LEGAL ENVELOPES ZERO of the larger packages arrived on time. Most are misplaced in the pathetic Memphis USPS Sort centers. Once to other USPS cities they seem to be processed normally. I have opened up 6-8 claims and MAGICALLY they are found and delivered right before they pay me off for lost claim. Guess I am not only one having shipping troubles. BTW 1st class much better arrival time than PRIORITY

@rosemary6525 Just an FYI, Memphis also happens to be where FedEx is centrally located ...

I think venting is more of the objective - when you've done absolutely everything you can to make it work, sometimes it feels like there's nothing left to do except scream. I pictured a town hall meeting where OP is a concerned citizen at the back of the room, shouting valid concerns at an indolent mayor. . .
I pretty much never agree with all caps, but I feel every ounce of the frustration in this post (I was like YEAH - THAT'S RIGHT!), so I'm biased 😳
