When I use the Bulk Shiiping Lable Tool it populates the wrong return address (specifically the name on the return address). Printing an individual label works fine and populates the correct name/address. I've updated both my addresses in the "My Account" section to what I want my return address to be, but it still prints the incorrect address. Any thoughts?
Ex. Should print J. Smith, but is printing the full name John Smith.
