This seller has been listing multiple fraudulent listings and his rep has plummeted to 54% after refusing to contact buyers, refusing to issue refunds, refusing to update shipment status and Ebay is facilitating the scam by locking us out of disputes until the estimated "delivery date" which is set as late as June--- essentially when it becomes impossible to your money back. I paid with CC so I cannot take advantage of Paypal's 180 day money back guaranteed protection, and my bank will not allow disputes beyond the 60 day mark.
Before I jump the gun and file a dispute with my bank, how can I file a dispute on eBay? Can I get a moderator to escalate this issue for me?

File the credit card chargeback now: eBay can't reverse your payment in June.
