Russian Federation included in my shipping preferences without my permission

FYI Sellers - check your listings!  The Russian Federation is now showing up in international shipping options without the Seller's inclusion.  A few China's have sneaked in, also.

Suddenly, the Russian Federation is showing as an option in my shipping preferences without my knowledge or action on my part.  I only use the Global Shipping program for foreign sales.

Has someone hacked into eBay or is this a internal glitch??  Don't know.  But if you don't want to sell or ship to the Russian Federation, check and change your listings.

There was a thing last week with this - when you open your listing like a buyer would see it do Russia/China show up or is only on the page when you are creating listings? I looked at a couple for you and did not see either country.

Can you give us a specific item number that you are seeing it on so others of us can see what it looks like on our end?

That's because I went through every listing and unchecked China and Russian Federation before I posted this message.   It showed on the page where I create or edit listings under the "Other International Shipping options."  I did not check the Buyer's view.  

I ONLY use the Global Shipping program so no country should be checked on "other international shipping options"   That's what caught my eye.

BTW - it sounds as if it changes back from the messages of other Sellers.

This is a known glitch and is strictly cosmetic, it doesn't affect your listings and doesn't change your shipping preferences.  If you look at the excluded countries in your actual active listings, you will see that Russia is excluded.  eBay has put that exclusion on all ebay listings.
